At this time, we primarily serve veterans seeking housing on a private-pay basis.

 

We welcome veterans receiving pensions, Social Security, disability, or other stable monthly income who are looking for a clean, structured, and respectful shared

living environment.

Our monthly rates are affordable and include:

• Furnished Rooms

• Shared Kitchen + Common Spaces

• All Utilities and Wi-Fi

• Housekeeping of Shared Areas

• Access to Supportive Referrals​

 

​While we are not currently accepting HUD-VASH or voucher-based placements, we are happy to coordinate with family members, case managers, or representatives

assisting veterans with private resources.

Who Qualifies for Private Pay Housing:

​

• Veterans receiving SSI, SSDI, retirement, VA pensions, or other stable income

• Individuals who can cover monthly rent

• Veterans transitioning from homelessness or unstable housing

• Those willing to follow basic house rules and contribute to a peaceful home
